    Minister / Kahan

Kahan is the Hebrew word for a Minister.

The Kahan are Priests (Kohen) ordained to minister to YHWH in the Torah.

The practice of ordaining Priests is called Semikhah. For example Moshe ordained Yehoshua through semikhah i.e. by the laying on of hands: Bamidbar (Numbers) 27:15-23; Devarim (Deuteronomy) 34:9.

No Mans Zone Malchut Ha-Shamayim Yeshivah ordains Priests in the Order of Melech-Tzadik Priesthood (Melchezidek) to minister unto YHWH in righteousness and truth and to serve Yisra'el in humility and the fear of YHWH.

The Melech-Tzadik Priesthood is the original and universal priesthood of humanity (Beresheeth (Genesis) 14:18-20; (Gilyahna (Revelations) 1:6). The Brit Chadashah teaches that every Torah keeper, is called to be a Priest in the order of Melchizedek (Kepha Alef (First Peter) 2:9).

The first Kohanim under the Melech-Tzadik Order was Seth, then Enoch, Noach, then Melchezidek king of Salem. Avraham, Yitzhak, and Yaakov, the father in law of Moshe Reu-El and Moshe himself, were ordained into this order and as were most of the righteous prophets, too many to record here and finally the Messiah Yeshua, who were all Torah keepers.
